BACKGROUND SCREENING

	Background Screening Application	All Background Screenings will be completed online through the WEBPOINT registration system. The fee of $17.50 will be added to your membership application fee. Background screenings are required for all Junior affiliated members (Coaches, Junior Club Directors, Junior Team reps, Chaperones, and Junior Tournament Host Directors.
